Siberia-born & NYC-based singer, Julie Kagan’s voice and performing style was praised by many for “beautiful sound and exquisite musicality”.

Uniquely fusing Brazilian bossa-nova, American classical and Latin jazz, Italian romantic music, Russian retro tango and what’s known as the ’’bardic song’’, i.e. Russian guitar poetry of late 20 century, Julie truly represents a contemporary music style, which she calls "Music Without Borders", a tribute to beautiful, promising and nostalgic years of world music.

A comrade and collaborator of legendary artists Aleksei ‘’Khvost’’ Khvostenko, Anatoly Gerasimov, Romero Lubambo, and Sergio Brandao, among others, Julie recorded a few albums throughout her musical career.

She performs in various New York venues, as well as travels around the world.
